At AIIMA Sports, we are dedicated to your peak performance and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all premium athletic gear. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all technical tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your sports gear in its original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 3 to 5 business days.
